This boutique collection offers a refined extension of the original property while maintaining a strong connection to nature.
Each villa is a two-story residence with a fully equipped kitchen, open living spaces, and thoughtful design that maximizes light and airflow. Air conditioning is provided in the bedrooms, while the rest of the home is designed to enjoy natural ventilation and cooling breezes.
The two villas are set approximately 60 feet apart, with intentional landscaping to ensure privacy between each property. As a newly developed space, the garden is still maturing, but the layout has been carefully planned to maintain a sense of seclusion.
The villas can be rented individually or together for larger groups, accommodating up to 11 guests in total.
Located just a 2-minute walk from Alma Del Rio, guests can also enjoy access to the Macal River and shared amenities, including paddle boards.
